Sinuous Drift draws its visual language from the slow, meditative movement of water carving through layered stone — organic ribbons of form that loop, overlap, and nest within one another in a continuous, unhurried flow. The composition is built around a series of undulating bands that weave across the field in sweeping curves, creating a sense of depth and dimensional layering. The shaped, irregular silhouette of the rug itself echoes the interior motif, dissolving the boundary between pattern and form in a single cohesive gesture.
