Fissure Grid draws its visual language from the organic cracking of dried earth, weathered stone, and aged ceramic glaze — surfaces shaped by time rather than intention. The pattern presents an all-over network of irregular rectangular cells, their boundaries defined by raised, meandering lines that swell and thin with an almost calligraphic spontaneity. Unlike a strict geometric grid, each cell breathes differently, some elongated, some compressed, creating a rhythm that feels simultaneously structured and free. The interplay of high-low pile gives the surface a subtle sculptural relief, evoking the tactile memory of cracked terrain seen from above.
