Hanabranch
Blossoms tracing their quiet journey

Hanabranch draws from the classical East Asian tradition of ink-painted flowering branches, rendered here with a sculptor's touch through hand-tufted relief work. Magnolia and cherry blossom clusters emerge from sinuous, wandering stems that enter from the lower left and upper right corners, creating a diagonal compositional flow that feels both spontaneous and artfully considered. Pale petals — some fully open, some still budding — are interspersed with softly contoured leaves in two distinct shapes, lending botanical credibility to the design. The inner border frame anchors this naturalistic movement, providing just enough architectural tension to balance the organic motifs against the serene field.
